在推铅球技术教学中 ,及时发现和纠正错误动作 ,对初学者学习掌握正确的技术是非常必要的。本文对推铅球技术中滑步过程的腾空与右腿落地至左腿落地成最后用力姿势阶段的错误动作之间进行因果关系分析 。
In the teaching and training of shot-putting skill a timely discovery and correction of wrong actions are of vital importance for beginners to learn to acquire correct skills.An analysis of the causality of the mistakes easily made between the phase of shifting transitional stride to delivery of stot-putting will prolide a referential basis for the teaching of stot-putting skill.
