摘要 通过人工测量法 (使用皮脂厚度计和皮尺 )和生物电阻抗法 (BioelectricalImpedanceAssessment,BIA) ,对北京体育大学的 71名国家武术运动员的体脂百分比和腰臀围之比进行了测量与评估。结果表明 :对男武术运动员 ,两种方法测量和评价结果非常一致 ,具有很高的相关性和可信度 ;但对女武术运动员 ,BIA方法比人工测量法结果普遍偏高 。 Two methods are employed to measure and evaluate the body fat of the Wushu athletes at the Beijing University of Physical Education One is by hand measurement using skinfold calipers and tapes and the other by the means of Bioelectrical Impedance Assessment (BIA) First-hand experimental data are gained for this special group of Wushu athletes The results show that the values for the male athletes are quite consistent by the two approaches with high reliability and validity (P>0 05) However, for the female ones significant difference exist between the two methods with BIA values always greater than that by hand measurement Further analysis suggests that the BIA method of the Korean Biospace Inc is doubtful for Chinese female Wushu athletes
