上海市少儿女子体操平衡木现状分析——2001年上海少儿体操比赛调研

An Analysis about the Present Development Situation of Shanghai Juvenile Gymnastics

对“2001年上海少年儿童体操系列大奖赛”中丙组和丁组女子平衡木项目的完成情况进行了研究，分析当前上海市少儿女子体操发展现状。结果表明，丙组和丁组女子运动员上肢、肩带、腹肌、腿部以及踝关节部位的力量和柔韧素质较差。要特别加强运动员的弹跳和柔韧能力，增强运动员的木上感觉和自信，从而提高整个平衡木动作完成的质量和表现力。基本姿态和表现力也需进一步加强。

By using the methods of observation, interview, statistics, and logic analysis, combining with the last gymnastics rules, this paper analyzes the female competitive gymnastics of a series of Shanghai juvenile gynmastics award contest in 2001. Results indicated that there are some problems in the present development situation of Shanghai juvenile gymnastics and then put forward some propose.
