试论体育院校学生创新素质的培养

On the Cultivation of Creative Quality of College Physical Education Students

采用文献资料法、访问专家法和问卷调查法等,对体育院校推进素质教育及学生创新素质的培养进行深入研究。结论:体育院校学生创新素质的培养,应采取树立新观念、改革课程结构、采用创新性教学原则与方法、完善考试制度、优化教师队伍等对策措施。

Based on documents study, questionnaire and experts interview, this paper makes a study on the cultivation of students 'creative quality and promotion of quality-oriented education in physical education colleges. It is concluded that for the above purposes , new ideas must be set up and measures must be taken such as reforming the curriculum, taking creative teaching principles and methods, perfecting the examination system, and optimizing the structure of teachers.
