现代射箭运动竞技特征与我国射箭奥运夺金策略的研究

Competitive Characteristics of Modern Archery and China' s Olympic Strategy

采用现场观察、文献资料和调查访问法,以参加2000年悉尼奥运会和2001年北京第41届世界射箭锦标赛的优秀运动员为研究对象,分析世界射箭运动的发展格局与我国射箭运动发展的现状,探讨现代射箭运动发展的特征,并提出我国射箭奥运夺金策略。结果表明:(1)现代射箭比赛规则的多次变化直接影响着射箭技术的发展方向及其竞技特征;(2)"快射、稳定、准确"是现代射箭运动的主要竞技特征;(3)目前,中国射箭已经具备了冲击奥运会金牌的实力;(4)为保证中国射箭奥运夺金计划的实现,应该把射箭作为我国奥运金牌增长点项目,加快射箭竞赛体制改革,完善射箭运动员培养体系和进行有效的人力资源整合,同时,还应建立优秀射箭运动员比赛保障系统。

By analyzing the current situation of archery in both China and the world, this paper explored the development features of (his sport to work out China' s Olympic strategies. Methods of literature study, field survey and interview were used. The elite archers who took part in the 2000 Olympic Games and the 2001 World Championships were employed as subjects. The paper concluds that 1. the constant changes of rules of archery directly influenced the development trend of archery technique and feature; 2. modern archery was mainly featured by 'quickness, stability and accuracy' ; 3. archery should be more stressed and developed in China's Olympic Program by speeding up the reform of competition system, perfecting cultivation of young talents, and setting up a supporting system for elite archers to take part in more competition.
