摘要
采用中药致泻结合递增负荷跑台训练,对类脾虚运动性疲劳模型进行了实验研究。选用健康雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分为安静对照组(C)、类脾虚运动性疲劳组(E)、自然复健组(NR)、药物复健组(MR)。建模3周,复健2周。根据大鼠的血乳酸、血红蛋白、红细胞计数,结合观察体重、饮食量、粪便和精神状态监控建模过程。实验结果:建模3周期间,每周末定量负荷后相同时点血乳酸值持续上升,训练后安静状态下血红蛋白、红细胞计数持续下降,表明已呈运动性疲劳状态。建模21天后,大鼠呈脾气虚证状。自然恢复1周后,大鼠的血乳酸、血红蛋白、红细胞计数基本恢复,但经健脾益气中药复健较自然复健快,反佐类脾虚证的成立。结果表明,采用中药致泻结合递增负荷跑台训练的方法,能建立类脾虚运动性疲劳模型。
Progressive treasmill exercise and a Chinese traditional medicine with function of diarrhea were applied to rats in order to establish an animal model of exercise-induced fatigue with generic spleen-deficiency. Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups of control (C) , exercise-induced fatigue with generic spleen-deficiency (E) , nature-resumed (NR) , and medicine -resumed ( MR). The duration of establishing model was three weeks. The symptoms of spleen-deficiency such as diarrhea emaciation and inactivity appeared in experimental animals after three weeks. Changes of lactic acid, hemoglobin and red blood cell count of plasma suggested that rats were under the condition of exercise-induced fatigue with generic spleen-deficiency. The results as above show that the method of progressive treadmill exercise with diarrhea was applicable to establishing an animal model of exercise -induced fatigue with generic spleen-deficiency.
