摘要
为探讨不同项目运动员不同生化指标恢复值的适宜界限,我们对11大类运动项目(含详细运动项目32个)共1833名国家队或省级运动队的优秀运动员于调整日(周日)休息后,取清晨静脉血测定全血血红蛋白(Hb)、血清尿素(Bu)、肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和血清睾酮(T)。通过对数据统计分析,建议:运动后恢复值全血Hb男运动员不低于15g/dl,女运动员不低于13g/dl为宜;血清Ck男运动员不高于300U/l、女运动员不高于200U/l为宜;Bu男运动员不高于7mmol/l、女运动员不高于6mmol/l为宜;血清LDH男女运动员均不高于250U/l为宜,血清T男运动员不低于558ngl/dl、女运动员不低于37ng/dl为宜。
The study investigates the suitable restored limits of some biochemistry indicators of athletes. Vein blood samples of 1833 elite athletes from 32 events were taken early in the morning on Monday after the athletes had rested for a whole day (on Sunday). The levels of hemoglobin (Hb). creatine kinase (CK), Blood urea (BU), lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and Testosterone (T) in vein blood were determined. After analysis of these biochemistry indicators, the results suggest that among these biochemistry indicators Hb should not be lower than 15g/dl in male athletes and 13g/dl in female athletes. CK should not be higher than 300U/l in male athletes and 200U/l in female athletes. BU should not be higher than 7mmol/l in male athletes and 6mmol/l in female athletes. LDH should not be higher than 250U/l in male and female athletes. T should not be lower than 558ng/dl in male athletes and 38ng/dl in female athletes.
