In the light of the investigation and interviews, from the market phenomenon and abstract management model, the authors find that China General Bureau of Physical Cultural and Sports controls and regulates the industrial development by policies; the administrative centers of individual sports organize and administer the professional league and the intangible assets of the national teams; the companies attached to respective sports associations carry out the business on behalf of their associations; The main business of sports clubs is to name enterprises after their teams, to organize competitions, training and foster the market; and the pricing method is generally based on the market demand.
