摘要
本文考察了负荷和滑动速度及膜的单分子层数对MoS_2-二十二酸共混Langmuir-Blodgett膜之摩擦特性的影响。结果表明,随着滑动速度的增大,摩擦系数呈上升趋势;随着负荷的增大,摩擦系数呈下降趋势;膜的单分子层数对其摩擦特性之影响尚无规律可行。电子探针和X射线衍射分析表明,MoS_2是以片状形式存在于膜中,而且是沿着(002)晶面择优取向。
This paper reveals the distribution of elements Mo and S, the micrograph and the structure of MoS2-behenic acid (BA) LB films by SEM and XRD, based on the studies of effects of load and sliding speed on the frictional properties. The results have shown that the friction coefficient changes with the load and sliding speed, but in different mode. The particles of MoS2are well-distributed and have a preferential orientation along with (002) crystal surface by electronic probe analysis.
