脉图参数变化与原发性高血压的分期及辨证关系研究

Study on Relation between Sphygmobologram and Staging Identification of Essential Hypertension

对原发性高血压病 1 76例脉图参数变化观察 ,结果显示 :1高血压病患者以脉弦及脉弦的相兼脉为主占 92 .6% ,与正常组差别有非常显著意义 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;2高血压病组脉图参数有 BB′/AA′、DD′/AA′、W3 /t、AT(男 )、E(女 )明显增高与正常组比较差别有非常显著意义 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;3高血压组脉图参数的改变随高血压 期→ 期→ 期病情的加重弦度增高 ,柔和度下降 ;4高血压辨证分型各组脉图参数改变 ,阳虚组 >阴阳两虚组 >肝阳偏盛组 >肝肾阴虚组。说明随证型变化及高血压分期不同 ,脉图参数亦发生相应改变 ,为脉图与高血压分期“同病异证、异脉”等提供了依据。

In this essay,176 cases essential hypertension patients were inspected.The results:①92.6 per cent of the essential hypertension patients are of Wiry and its compatible pulses.There was significant difference between the patients group and common man group(P<0.01);②The hypertension patients BB′/AA′、DD′/AA′、W 3/t、AT(male)、E(female)were obviously higher.Compared with the common group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0 01);③With the essential hypertension patients' condition developing from stage Ⅰ to Ⅱ、Ⅲ,the wiry degree of the sphygmobologram increased gradually,while the soft degree declined;④The variation of the sphymobologram was different in different syndromes,the group with the deficiency of yang>the group with the deficiency of both yin and yang>the group with the preponderance of liver yang>the group with the deficiency of yin of the liver and kidney.It showed that the sphygmobologram changed with the variation of the syndromes and stages of the essential hypertension.This provided us basis for “the same disease(for example:the essential hypertension)is of different syndromes and pulses”.
