针刺结合肿瘤坏死因子治疗大肠癌的动物实验研究

Experimental Study on the Effect on Colorectal Cancer in Animal Taking by Tumor Necrosis Factor and Acupuncture

目的 :寻找提高肿瘤坏死因子 ( TNF)抗肿瘤疗效 ,减轻其毒副作用的方法及探讨针刺的抗肿瘤机理。方法 :以病人大肠癌裸小鼠为模型 ,观察针刺单用或合用肿瘤坏死因子对大肠癌的作用。结果 :rh T-NF、针刺、rh TNF加针刺均对大肠癌有抑制作用 ,抑瘤率分别为 1 7.2 %、1 6.4%、48.3% ,针刺与 rh TNF有协同抗肿瘤作用 ( P<0 .0 0 1 ) ;针刺和 TNF均有活化巨噬细胞和抑制肿瘤细胞 DNA合成 ,降低肿瘤细胞增殖能力的作用 ,这可能是二者协同作用的机理。结论 :针刺能提高 TNF抗肿瘤疗效 ,减轻其副作用 ,而且本身有抗肿瘤作用。

Objective:To found the assay that it can increase TNF inhibitory of tumor and less its side effect,in other word,and to further understand the acupuncture mechanism of antitumer.Methods:The human colorectal cancer model was produced in nu/nu nude nice.Effects on the tumor of using acupuncture or/and TNF were observed.Result:TNF,acupuncture or the TNF and acupuncture could inhibit the growth of the colorectal cancer,The inhibitory were 17.2%、16.4%、48.3%,Combining with TNF and acupuncture showed a great of synergistic antitumor activity (P<0.001),The mechanism were probably that both TNF and acupuncture could inhibit the DNA synthesis and act the macrophage cell.Conclusions:Acupuncture could not only strikingly strengthen TNF antitumor impact and lessen its side effect,but also could suppress tumor growth itself.
