胶艾汤对虚寒失血小鼠血浆血管性假血友病因子含量的影响

Effect of Ass-hide Glue and Argyi Leaf Decoction on Plasma von Willebrand`s factor(vWF) in Deficiency of Blood and Cold Syndrome Model Mice

采用眼眶静脉丛放血并腹腔注射龙胆草水煎液致小鼠虚寒失血证模型 ,观察给药后各组小鼠血浆血管性假血友病因子 (v WF)含量等指标。结果表明 ,胶艾汤可使致模动物血浆 v WF含量下降 ,血红蛋白含量升高 ,红细胞和血小板计数增加 ,凝血时间缩短 ,有保护血管内皮细胞和补血止血作用。

Using the deficiency of blood and cold syndrome model induced by bloodletting from ophthalmic vein and abdomen injection of Gentian Root decoction in mice.The content of von Willebrand's Factor(vWF) in plasma was investigated after the treatment.It showed that Ass\|hide Glue and Argyi Leaf decoction can produce the effects of decreasing the content of vWF,increasing hemoglobin,red blood cell and platelet counts,shortening the clotting time,Leading to protecting the endothelial cells,enriching the blood and stopping bleeding.
