摘要
节气门为柱塞式的化油器,是通过控制柱塞上下的位置来改变化油器喉管尺寸的。我国几种250mL摩托车使用的化油器基本结构大致相同,但空燃比特性都差异较大、油耗较高。经改进后的化油器,在不降低其它性能指标的情况下,燃油消耗率约下降10%左右。
Carburetor with plunger type throttle changes the size of the venturi tube by controlling the up and down movement of the plunger. The basic structure of the carburetors used on 250mL motorcycles are almost the same,but the air-fuel ratio are sharply different from each other and the fuel consumption is quite high. After improving the carburetor,the fuel consumption is reduced by approximately 10% while the other performance parameters remain unchanged.
