国外汽车涂料技术的发展及趋势

摘要 汽车表面涂层一般是由电泳底漆(有的有一层二道底漆)、耐碎石冲击涂层、底色漆涂层和透明罩光漆组成;电泳底漆中目前应用最广的是阴极电泳漆,并且已从厚膜阴极电泳漆转向中厚和薄层阴极电泳漆,现在,一些涂料制造公司正在开发无铅电泳漆;随着铝车身汽车的发展,估计到90年代后期,阳极电泳漆可能再次被汽车工业所利用;底色漆大有采用水性底色漆前倾向;目前世界汽车工业总的趋势是采用底色漆再罩上一层透明面漆,即BC/CC涂装工艺。 Generally,automobile surface coat is composed of electfophoretic paint (some has one layer and paints twice ),anti-rubble coat, ground coat and transparent cover coat. At present the most ofteniy used electrophoretic paint is cathode electroph paint and the thick film cathode electrophoreric paint rurns to be replaced by medium and thin film cathode electrophoretic paint. Now some of the paint manufact urers are engaged in developing leadless electrophoretic paints. With the development of aluminum vehicle body, anode electrophoretic paint will possibly be used a-gain by automobile industry. The ground palms is likely to change to water soluble ones. The pinting process commonly adopted now by the globle automobile industry is that ground coat pluses a film of transparent cover paint, i.e. , BC/CC coating process.
