Analynis of the Gene Frequency of ABO Blood Type in Three National Student of Hebei North University

目的 :了解ABO血型频率和基因频率在不同人群中的分布以及血型与疾病的关系。方法 :运用玻片法测定血型 ,统计并计算满、汉、回三民族ABO血型的基因型频率和基因频率。结果 :满、汉、回三民族ABO血型的基因型频率和基因频率存在差异。结论 :ABO血型抗原在不同地域不同民族中是有差异的。

Objective:To study the distribution of genotype frequency and gene frequency of ABO blood type in different population and the relation between ABO blood type and disease. Methods:Using glass sheet method to determine ABO blood type,count and calculate genotype frequency and gene frequency of ABO blood type for the students who were Man`?`Han?Hui nationalities respectively?Results:There are differences in genotype frequency and gene frequency of ABO blood type among Man ?Han?Hui nationalities?Conclusion:There are different distributions for ABO blood type antigen in different regions and nationalities.
