全自动生化分析中高酶活性样本测定的质量控制

摘要 目的 :探讨全自动生化分析参数设置对高酶活性样本测定结果质量控制的作用。方法 :设吸光度窗口 (Abswindow )参数 ,以及既设Linrearity %、Abswindow又设Flex(弹性速率 )参数四种不同状态下测定 4个不同浓度样本的AST活性。结果 :未设参数、仅设线性率(Linearity % )参数、仅设吸光度窗口 (Abswindow)参数三种状态下测定 4个不同浓度样本的AST活性与真实值差异明显 ;三种参数全设状态测定各浓度样本的AST活性 ,除极高浓度样本无结果有报警外 ,其它标本与真实值无明显差异。结论 :全自动生化分析参数设置对高酶活性样本测定结果的质量控制具有重要作用。 Objective: To study the function of the quality control to the high enzyme activity samples by setting up the assay parameters. Methods:Four different concentration samples were measured by Abbott AerosetTM fully automatic clinical biochemical analyzer in four states:no assay parameters were set up;only the Linearity Rates were set up;only the Absorbance Limits were set up:the Absorbance Limits, the Linearity Rates and the FlexRate were all set up.Results:When the three assay parameters were all set up,the AST activities results of four different concentration samples ,except extremely high concentration samples, had no significant difference with the true value .In the other three states , the AST activities of four different concentration samples had significant difference with the true value.Conclusion: Setting up assay parameters for controlling the quality of measuring high enzyme activity samples has important function.
