安宫定痛丸对原发性痛经患者微循环障碍的治疗作用

Therapeutic Effect of Angongdingtong wan on Patients with Primary Menstruation Ache and Its Microcirculation Disturbance

目的 :观察安宫定痛丸治疗原发性痛经的疗效 ,探讨其治疗机制。方法 :本文对 6 0例原发性痛经的患者应用安宫定痛丸进行治疗 ,并设立乌鸡白凤丸对照组 30例 ,观察疗效。采用微循环显微镜 ,于治疗前后常规检查左手第四指甲襞第一排管袢 ,按田牛加权积分法对16项指标综合定量分析 ,判断疗效和甲襞微循环的变化。结果 :安宫定痛丸治疗原发性痛经取得了很好的疗效。治疗后甲襞微循环障碍明显改善 ,由治疗前的中度异常恢复到大致正常。结论 :安宫定痛丸对原发性痛经有很好的疗效 ,其治疗机制与改善微循环障碍有关。

Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Angongdingtong wan on patients with primary menstruation ache and its curative mechanism of microcirculation. Methods: The observation of the nailfold microcirculation was made in the therapeutic group before and after treatment (60 patients with primary menstruation ache were treated by Angongdingtong wan) and control group (30 patients with primary menstruation ache were treated by Wujibaifeng wan),through routine method by the microscope and 16 indexes were analysed by Tian's Multiple Quantitative Evaluation Method of Nailfold Microcirculation. The clinical effect and changes of nailfold microcirculation were observed and recorded carefully. Results: There was obvious microcirculation disturbance in patients with primary menstruation ache, it was light or moderate degree abnormality. After treatment,with An Gonsding tong wan's evident improvement for microcirculation disturbance of primary menstruation ache, the score value of all parameters decreased obviously compared with pre-treatment, restoring to basically normal from medium degree abnormality before treatment.Conclusion:Angongdingtong wan has a good curative effect on primary menstruation ache and its mechanism might be related to improvement of microcirculation.
