环境温度对刨花板生产质量的影响及改进方法

摘要 本项研究对气温(尤其在冬季)是如何影响刨花板生产进行了分析。通过对不同季节时的两种极端情况——较高的板坯芯层温度和较低的板坯芯层温度在热压过程中板坯芯层渴度的变化,进一步说明了芯层温度对热压时间以及刨花板质量的影响,并就如何解决这一问题提出了建议。 Temperature in core of mat(TCM) is always influenced by atmospheric temperature when particleboard production building has neither heating system nor heat-retaining measure. When atmospheric temperature is 38℃ TCM may be 40℃ and lower than 8℃ if atmospheric temperature is-7℃. Hot press time must be longer than the normal one if TCM is lower than 15℃, what is more, blow may occur at any moment. On the contrary, relative high TCM, for example, 25℃ is good for shortening press circle. To ensure that partieleboard production has high efficiency, TCM must be controlled. For this purpose heating the air that flows into mat forming machine is remarkable effective and economical. It is also feasible in technology.
