In a mobile analog dispatching system,when several radio receivers of different base-stations have got the audio signals from a same mobile telephone ,system should vote and pick out the best one to deliver it to the console,Because DSP(digital signal processing)can quickly analyze the time-frequency field of the signal, the paper provide a scheme that voting the audio signal with DSP,it can exactly and dynamically deal with the problem by instantly analyzing characteristics of frequency field of the audio signal,which results in the best service in a minimum access time.
