摘要  利用数字信号处理器(DSP)能快速进行信号的时-频域分析的特点,提出了一种用DSP完成语音判选功能的方案,它具有及时、准确、动态地完成最优语音的判选的特点,为保证通讯网以最小的接入时间实施最优的语音服务奠定了基础. In a mobile analog dispatching system,when several radio receivers of different base-stations have got the audio signals from a same mobile telephone ,system should vote and pick out the best one to deliver it to the console,Because DSP(digital signal processing)can quickly analyze the time-frequency field of the signal, the paper provide a scheme that voting the audio signal with DSP,it can exactly and dynamically deal with the problem by instantly analyzing characteristics of frequency field of the audio signal,which results in the best service in a minimum access time.
