论法学双语教育的价值取向

在法学教育中引入双语教学,培养既懂法律又懂英语的高素质复合型人才是提升我国法学教育质量,与国际接轨的一种现实可行方法。文章指出法学双语教育的价值取向应当是专业教学而不是语言教学,是为社会培养遵纪守法的高素质复合型人才。

Introducing two-language teaching in law education to cultivate high qualified personnel with many abilities is a realistic method to improve the quality of law education in our country and be agreement with the world. The article points out that the orientation of the value of education of law should be speciality teaching, not language teaching and cultivate high qualified personnel with many abilities who obey the rules and laws.
