摘要
学生公寓管理工作在高校后勤社会化的改革过程中面临许多难题,笔者根据自己多年从事高校学生管理工作的经验,大胆创新管理工作模式,与时俱进,确立以学生为本的思想,抓好两支队伍建设,切实推进思想政治工作进公寓,充分发挥公寓育人的作用。
The management of the students' apartment is faced with a great number of difficulties in the course of reformation of the socialization of the near service in the high schools. The author initiates the new management models on the base of experiences in many years, keeping space with the times, and builds the student-orientated new thoughts, meanwhile emphasizes the construction of the two parties and manages the students' apartment in the ideas of ideological politics, so as to make full of the 'apartment culture'.
