脉冲阀是脉冲袋式除尘器清灰装置的核心部件 ,其处理能力的大小 ,喷吹性能的优劣 ,直接关系到该类除尘设备的运行能耗、设备投资及占地面积 ,也影响到其更为广泛的应用。介绍了一种新开发的 12 0大型低压脉冲阀 。

The diaphragm valve is one of the pivotal components in dust cleaning mechanism of the pulse baghouse filter.Its ability in processing and pulse jetting directly determines the energy consumption,investment and the area occupied as well as the wide application of such filter.In this paper,a newly developed kind of 120 large-sized low pressure diaphragm valve is introduced and a tentative research on large size diaphragm valve is conducted.
