摘要 安全性是许多工程系统设计、研制和运行时要考虑的一项重要内容 ,其中安全分析和风险管理是两项主要的工作。在基于事故场景的安全性模型的基础上 ,研究了工程系统的安全分析和风险管理技术方法 。 Safety is an important factor that must be considered during the design, development and operation of engineering system, in which the safety analysis and risk management are the two key points. Based on the scenery safety model, the methodology of safety analysis and risk management is studied and its working procedures are also put forward.
