摘要
新型氧漂助剂不含烧碱 ,其工艺无需渗透剂、稳定剂、螯合剂和精练剂等。对传统烧碱氧漂工艺和非烧碱氧漂助剂 197的快速氧漂工艺作了比较 ,简析了前处理氧漂工艺中烧碱的副作用和对产品质量的影响 。
New oxygenic bleaching aids not contains NaOH,its process does not need infiltrator,stabilization,chelating and purifier etc.This thesis analyzes the side_effect of NaOH in oxygenic bleaching technology and the effect on the quality of flax products through comparing traditional oxygenic bleaching technology containing NaOH and the quick oxygenic bleaching technology of aids 197 without NaOH,and introduces the quick oxygenic bleaching technology,the technical theory and economic analysis.
