摘要
数控加工中的工艺问题会影响机械加工质量的各个方面 ,必须采取相应措施解决这些问题 ,以利于高效地使用数控机床。分析了数控加工过程中编程误差的形成并提出减小编程误差的一些措施 。
The technology problems during the process of numerical control processing affects the quality of mechanic production in all its aspects. What we can do is to search the measures for soluting the problems in order to use the numerical control machine tool efficiently. The paper analzes the reason which causes programming error in numerical control manufacture, and introduces what can reduce programming error. The precision of numerical control manufacuture will be improved after using these measures.
