介绍内调式四象限精密乘法器电路的线路设计、版图设计、工艺设计及关键技术。着重介绍线路设计和版图设计的特点及四象限乘法器的功能。
The scheme design, layout design, technology design and key techniques of intra-tuned four-quadrantal precise multiplier are described. The design features and functions of the multiplier are mainly introduced.
