冷休克对兴国红鲤胚胎发育的影响 被引量:9

THE EFFECT OF COLD SHOCK IN THE EMBRYONIC DEVELOPMENT OF SINGUO RED CARP (Cyprinus carpio var. singuonensis)

摘要 本文采用冷休克技术对兴国红鲤(Cyprinus carpio var singuonensis)受精卵进行不同时间的处理,详细比较了正常发育和冷休克处理后的胚胎发育过程以及主要的形态特征。结果表明,对授精后3~5min的受精卵进行冷休克(0~2℃)处理10~15min,其出膜时间比正常胚胎的出膜约提前7h,为最适处理时间。正常胚胎发育与经处理的胚胎发育在主要形态结构上无明显差异。 This paper studied the embryonic development of Singguo Red Carp (Cyprinuscarpio var. singuonensis),which was settled by cold treatment for the fertilized egg. The pro-cesses and morphological characters of each stage were reported. These results suggest: Thewhole time of the embryonic develoment needs about 98 hours,using cold treatment(0~2℃)for 10~15 minutes after 3~5 insemination, 7 hours less than that of the normal developmen-tal process(20±1℃). No visiable differentation of the main structure was seen in the embry-onic development by cold and the normal process.
