在 Visual Basic6.0可视化环境下 ,用 Active Movie控件的属性和方法实现视频的播放和控制 ,利用 Windows的 API函数自定义一个声音类模块来实现背景音乐的播放 ,以及基于开始点和结束点的同步 ,通过在音频播放之前加入一个可调节的延时 T,使声音在适当时刻出现 ,从而很好地保证了音频和视频的同步播放。

Under the Visual Basic 6.0 condition, users can accomplish video play and control with the properties and methods of ActiveMovie files and realize background music play by using Windows API function to define a sound template. Due to the synchronism of the starting point and the finishing point, sound can be produced at appropriate moment by putting an adjustable time 'T' before audio plays so as to ensure that audio and video can play synchronously.
