加强高校实验室建设,提高高校的办学水平

通过对高校实验室现状的分析认为 :政府在进一步加强投入的情况下 ,还应该提高宏观调控的能力 ;各高校需要进一步完善实验室建设规划 ;进一步提高实验室管理水平 ;建立一支高效、精干的实验人员队伍 ;

After analyzing the existing situation of the labs in higher institutes, the article points out that the government should improve its macro-control ability while further increasing its investment, that a college or a university should further improve the programming of labs, improve the management, the supervision and the inspiring mechanism of labs, and also form an efficient and capable team of lab workers.
