摘要
应用商业有限元软件平台Marc建立了镀锌板四辊光整机的模拟系统,分析了轧制过程中轧件变形情况,充分考虑了不同镀锌原板厚度、压下率、前后张力、以及弯辊力等工艺因素对镀锌板非光整边缺陷形成的影响,以及消除非光整边缺陷的辊型要求。
A simulation system of four high skin-passed rolling mill for galvanized sheet was developed with three dimensional elastic-plastic finite element methed based on the large commercial software-Marc.The rules of lateral metal flow were gained in different thickness of sheet,reduction,forward and backward tension and force of roll bending.
