摘要
研究了共沉淀反应过程与氧化钇粒子的团聚状态的关系。实验结果表明,粉末中的团聚体起源于沉淀反应过程,控制沉淀条件,引入表面活性剂产生位阻稳定作用,均为制备均匀分散氧化钇超微粉末的有效方法。
According to the theory of the colloid chemistry and the dynamic model of theeoprecipitation process,We study the relationship between the precipitation process and theagglomerate state of Y_2O_3-Particle. The results obtained indicate that the agglomerates aremainly formed in the course of precipitation. Controlling the preipitation's condition andleading into surface active agents to yield stericstabilization are the effective methods topreparate the even ultrafive Y_2O_3 powders.
