摘要
分析了包头天诚线材有限公司高线粗、中轧机弹性阻尼体平衡分离减震器故障带来的危害和产生的原因,并提出了改进措施。改进后解决了因减震器失效而产生的堆钢问题,提高了生产率。
The causes and bad effects of malfunction of elastic damping ballance buffer used in roughing and intermediate mill for high-speed wire rod were analyzed.Meanwhile, the countermeasures were put forward too.
