摘要 介绍一种便携式近红外光谱矿物分析测试系统的设计和关键技术,并作出测试分析。仪器基于漫反射原理,能准确地进行野外现场岩矿的定性、定量预测。以光栅为分光器件,光谱测量范围为1200~2500nm,光谱重复性优于1nm,最低光谱分辨率为2nm,在光源功率为20W时平均信噪比大于1500。 A designed scheme of portable near infrared spectroscopy system for mineral analysis and the key technique were introcluced.The instrument which used to measure the reflected radiation from the surface of sample was applied in mineral analyzer.The tested spectral range is 1 200~2 500 nm.The repeatability of the instrument is better than 1 nm,the optical precise is better than 2 nm. When the lamp is 20 W,the average rate of signal to noise is better than 1 500.
