Research and Development on Gas Flowmeter in Large Pipe

摘要 利用射线电离气体的方式对大管径气体流量进行测量,对测量原理进行了理论分析,研究了气体电离方式、检测极板形式和偏压等因素对测量系统的影响,研制了β射线电离式的气体流量计。测量结果表明:该流量计性能稳定,测量精度可达3%,且具有较强的抗干扰和抗污染能力。 A new method of measuring gas flow in large pipe based on the ionization effect of gas irradiated with rays was presented.The measurement principle of the flowmeter has been theoretically analysed,the elements of gas ionized and the configuration and voltage of detecting plates for measuring was examined.Based on the results,the β ray ionization gas flowmeter was developed,test indicates that the flowmeter is stable,the measuring accuracy is in the range of 3% and has fairly capabilities of anti-disturbance and anti-pollution.
