摘要
将多目标优化法引入原子吸收光谱分析中,并简要地阐述了多目标最优化的数学原理。根据原子吸收光谱分析的特性,提出了吸光度、吸光值与背景值之比、检出限为目标函数,用复合形法对pH,EDTA,Mg(NO_3)_2和丙酮四个因素进行了综合寻优。通过对人体指甲中钙的测定,获得一组优化实验条件,结果令人满意。即吸光度A大于0.09、吸光值/背景值大于20、检出限满足要求。
This experimentation applied multiobjective optimization method to the atomic ab-sorption spectrometry, and described briefly the basic mathematical principle of multiobjec-tive optimization. The absorption, absorptive value/background value and detection limitwere chosen as the objective functions based on character of the atomic absorption, further-more, four parameters,i. e. pH, EDTA, Mg (NO_3)_2 (protective agent) as well as acetone wereoptimization comprehensively by complex method. The determination of calcium in fingennail by atomic absorption was applied and a seria of optimum experimental conditions wasobtained that the ratias of absorbance and background values are all beyond 20, absorption A all beyond 0. 09 and 1 limit of dection have satisfied the demand for measuring calciom.
