摘要
竖炉炉内二次冷却技术现已在竖炉工艺中得到广泛应用,但其余热大部分厂家都没有利用。根据竖炉热平衡测试,二次冷却风带走的热量约占竖炉热支出的30%左右,我厂结合自身实际,在技术质量部的支持下,和某冶金研究设计院共同研究,挖掘这部分能量,利用余热回收技术加热助燃风。2003年11月利用中修时间在1^#竖炉上实施后,生产实践证明,降低了煤气消耗,提高了竖炉产能。
Although the secondary cooling technology has been widely used in shaft furnace, the redundant thermal energy hasn’t been made used of by most of factories. According to the test of thermal balance, the secondary cooling gas takes away about 30% thermal energy of the whole shaft furnaces. In our plant, with the great help of Technology & Quality Department and the Metallurgy Design Institute, We dug out this part of thermal energy, then used it to heat the burning gas. In November 2003, this technology was applied into No. 1 SF during the medium period maintenance. The result indicates it can not only reduce the consumption of coal gas, but also improve the production capacity.
