诱变处理对小麦体细胞的离体效应及抗赤霉病体细胞的筛选

摘要 小麦幼穗、幼胚培养之前。用1KR r-射线及紫外射线照射,发现r-射线照射后出愈率下降、生长受抑制、分化受影响。紫外线照射后,出愈率下降,但生长较好,有刺激反应,分化率有所提高。使用不同浓度NaN_3(SA)处理意伤组织时,1mM的SA对意伤组织的生长影响不大,分化率有所提高。随着SA浓度的增加,生长速度下降。毒素处理使分化受阻,并易褐化死亡。 After immature embryos and young ears from wheat (Triticum Eastivm) were ex-posured to 1KR r-rays and Ultrorate was lowered, the calus growth and shoot differentiationrate were inhibited by r-rays. However, Ultro-Violet had some stimulative effects on callusgrowth rate and shoot differetiation,but reduced the callus induction rate. Among the treat-ment of callus with different concentration of sodium azide(SA), the one of 1 mM SA hadhardly affected on growth of callus, but the shoot differentiation rate was increased withcontinue increased with continue increase of concentration of SA, the callus growth rate wasdecreased. The shoot differentiation was inhibited after being treated with toxin, and easilycaused the death of callus.
