摘要
通过建立薄片模型,应用材料力学方法,推求出层面与本体由于不同线膨胀系数、弹性参数等引起的微观应力,预测了能综合反映层面对温度应变影响的水平向和竖向等效线膨胀系数.算例表明,层面对温度应变的影响较小,在计算温度应变时可不考虑层面的影响.但层面的防裂是不利的,微观应力对层面应力的影响不容忽视.
In order to evaluate the behavior of different linear expansion coefficient and mechanics parameter between layer and body,a sheet model of RCCD is established,and method of mechanics of materials is applied.This paper presents formulae for determining micro-stress and equivalent linear expansion coefficient. A example shows that RCCD layer influence on temperature strain is less,and micro-stress influence on layer stress and layer crack can not be ignored.
