摘要
在对已有安全检测及研究成果进行综合、归纳及标准化的基础上,分析影响水工金属结构安全的因素,并以主要影响因素为主框架,以安全可靠性为总目标,建立安全评估体系,并利用先进的计算机技术,研究开发出具有自动生成评估模型、在输入检测数据后自动进行评估并输出评估结果的计算机评估软件系统,为水利水电工程金属结构安全评估提供了一种先进快捷的方法.
By summarizing and standardizing historical data gathered during safety inspection and monitoring, the factors effecting the safety of hydraulic metal structures were analyzed. Working from the major influencing factors, an evaluation system was created with the general purpose of metal structure safety and reliability. Using advanced technology of computer,the researching work had allowed to develop an auto-forming evaluation model. The software system developed enables operators to manage automatic evaluations and to obtain associated results based on furnishing some input data. This provides a useful tool to quickly investigate ways of evaluating the safety for the metal structures of a water project.
