摘要
在分析当前水下液压系统压力补偿现状的基础上 ,提出了一种新型水下环境压力补偿阀 ,应用于油源装置在常压空气环境中的水下液压系统。该阀通过直接检测方式检测周围环境压力 ,应用压差控制阀的开口和方向 ,最终使水下液压系统内外压平衡 ,达到压力补偿的目的。理论分析、仿真和实验结果均表明 。
Based on the survey of pressure compensation situations of underwater hydraulic systems, this paper proposed a new underwater ambient pressure compensated valve, which can be installed on an underwater hydraulic system whose fluid power source is in the atmosphere environments. This valve can sense an ambient pressure with direct measurements. Opening area and opening direction of the valve are controlled by the pressure difference. Balance between internal and external pressures of the underwater hydraulic system can be obtained. The goals of pressure compensation can be reached. The theoretical analysis, simulation and experimental results show that the underwater ambient pressure compensated valve can ensure a reliable ambient pressure compensated performance under a small flow.
