Intelligent Recognition Using Fuzzy Neural Network for Trend & Jump Pattern in Control Chart

摘要 建立了智能识别趋势模态及阶跃模态的模糊神经网络模型 ,讨论了模糊神经网络模型的结构、训练样本的构造及训练算法 ,最后用实验数据对该模型作了测验。结果证明该模型的反应速度及精度都优于BP网 。 This paper presented a fuzzy neural network model for intelligently identifying the trend and jump pattern, introducd the structure of this model and method of constructing training sample and training algorithm. Then, the model was tested by a set of experimental and factory manufacturing data. The results testify that the responsive speed and actuality of this model is better than BP model and it is fitted to apply this model for key process quality control in next generation intelligent manufacturing.
