Investigation on shear behavior of concrete columns strengthened with GFRP

摘要 对采用外粘玻璃纤维布加固震损柱的抗剪性能和抗震效果进行了专门研究.共用10根柱进行了低周反复荷载试验,其中2根在原始状态下进行试验以确定其破坏模式,另8根柱预裂后粘贴玻璃纤维布进行修补,然后进行试验.试验结果表明,未加固柱的抗剪强度和延性都比较低,加固后柱的抗剪承载力显著提高,变形性能明显改善.在试验研究的基础上,提出了一种加固柱抗剪能力的分析方法,试验结果和计算结果吻合良好. The effectiveness of bonding glass-fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) sheets to retrofit reinforced concrete columns for enhanced seismic shear strength is described. Ten reinforced concrete columns were tested under cyclic shear and constant axial load. Two columns were tested in the as-built condition to investigate the shear failure modes of columns under different degree of axial load. Eight other columns were pre-damaged and tested after retrofitted with bonding GFRP sheets. The as-built columns suffered shear failure at low strength and displacement ductility. Shear strength and hysteretic responses of the retrofitted columns were improved significantly. Based on the reported test results for GFRP-confined concrete, one calculation method is provided, and good agreement between tests and theoretical results is achieved.
