摘要
本文对常规的直升机结构定寿方法进行了改进和发展,综合考虑地面停放与空中环境对飞机结构使用寿命的影响,并依此建立了腐蚀环境影响系数;将Miner理论推广应用于评估腐蚀环境下的结构日历寿命,给出了在给定环境谱与载荷谱下的实际算例,验证了本文方法的可行性。
In this paper, the conventional fatigue life assessment method is developed for helicopter structure. According to the influence of the grounding and sky corrosions on the structure's fatigue life, corrosion environmental influence factor is established. And the Miner theory was used to evaluate the calendar life under corrosion environment. For a given environment spectrum and load spectrum, the life of a structure is determined and it is shown that the method presented in this paper is feasible.
