摘要
以玉米淀粉为主要原料,经过预糊化、氧化、加碱糊化等手段进行化学改性,并加入稳定剂等可以制备出固含量高、贮存稳定性好,具有一定初粘力和透明性的改性玉米淀粉粘合剂.但是在生产过程中,氧化方法的选择是最关键的一步,目前经常使用的氧化方法有氧化剂氧化(如H2O2、KMnO4、NaClO作氧化剂)和电化学氧化.使用不同的氧化方法对改性玉米淀粉粘合剂的性能是至关重要的.
Using corn starch as main material can produce property-modified corn starch adhesion agent with high solid content,super stability in storage,certain per-adhesion bond and transparency.It can be produced through such methods as pre-pasting,oxidation,alkali-added pasting and adding of stabilizer.But in the process of production,the most important step is the adding of oxidizer.The oxidizers listed below are currently used now:H_2O_2,KMnO_4,NaClO,electrochemical oxidation,and so on.It is the choosing of oxidizer that matters the performance of the property-modified corn starch adhesion agent.
