本文讨论了高校实验室的师资队伍的建设问题.为了保证高校实验课程建设的持续发展,有必要建设一支相对稳定的高素质的实验教学师资队伍.因此,在实验室的建设中应注意相应的科研基地的建设,加强实验技术人员的素质培养工作.

It is suggested the construction for the qualities of experiments of the laboratory for teaching in higher institute. In order to keep the continuous development of the construction for the experimental courses in higher institute, it is necessary to construct a group of teachers with higher quality that is relatively stable. That is to say in the construction of the laboratory for teaching we should take emphasis on the construction for the base of research , on the other hand we should enhance the training for the higher quality of the technical personnel of experiment.
