随着汽车工业的迅速发展,汽车生产厂商大多选择将整车物流等业务外包给第三方物流公司。为了从众多的整车物流企业中进行有效的选择,建立一种多层次结构的整车物流企业优选指标体系,并对该体系的各关键指标进行了量化分析。根据该指标体系,运用改进的AHP方法对实例进行分析和计算,得到了满意的计算结果。

For effective selection from numerous vehicle logistics enterprises, a multi-hierarchy criteria system for the optimized selection of vehicle logistics enterprises is established, and the key criteria for this system are quantitatively analyzed. According to this criteria system, the improved algorithm of AHP is used to solve the instance of vehicle logistics enterprises selecting. The calculated result is the same as the fact.
