Based on features and problems existing in the traditional product corrosion resistance process, the cause and importance of the product corrosion resistance informationization in manufacture were analyzed, the function and the application of the corrosion resistance information system were also introduced. The principle, application and wide prospects of the system were explained in detail by describing input, process, output and simulation run in the system.
