摘要
针对锌钡白转窑煅烧生产过程的复杂特性,文章依据反应动力学原理,在Arrhenius方程的基础上推导出煅烧过程的等能量等质量反应机理。这一机理从能量的角度描述了煅烧过程的反应特性。文章阐述了这一机理的控制系统实现过程,并通过煅烧参数的回归分析和预估,说明能量恒定在煅烧过程建模和控制中的实际意义。目前,基于此原理的过程控制在广州某化工厂的一、二期实际运行和调试中,已取得了满意的控制效果,为产品质量和生产效益的提高提供了重要保证。
Due to the complex characteristics of the lithopone calcination process, it's very difficult for controlling and modeling this kind of process. A deep research is made on the reaction kinetics of the process and then the mechanism of equal energy and equal quantity, which comes from the Arrhenius formula, is proposed. The realization of the actual control system is presented. Through the regression and prediction analysis of the process parameters, the great significance of this mechanism is ippuminated. Now, in the first and second running and debugging stages of a chemical factory in Guangzhou, this mechanism has obtained a satisfactory application, which effectively improves the product quality and efficiency.
