摘要
分析混凝土桥梁施工中温度应力现象以及因施工不当而引起温度裂缝的原因,提出通过监测控制温差来保证正常的温度应力和防止温度裂缝的方法,介绍基于DS18B20数字温度传感器开发的多路温度监测系统和将其应用于秦沈客运专线小凌河特大桥箱形桥梁进行混凝土施工温度监测的情况。
The essay analyzes the temperature stress phenomenon during the concrete bridge construction and the reasons thatcause temperature crack by unsuitable construction, puts forward the method that ensure normal temperature stress and temperaturecrack prevention by temperature supervision and control, and introduces the multi-route temperature supervision system based onDS18B20 digital temperature sensor and the condition of temperature supervision in concrete construction and its applicationapplied in Xiaolinhe Super-large Bridge box girder on Qinhuangdao-Shenyang passenger dedicated line.
