摘要
针对机场到场需求随机的情形,描述了一类特殊的单机场地面等待问题,给出了机场到场需求随机的发生原因和描述方法。在此基础上,建立了需求随机型地面等待问题的优化模型,并进一步拓展了该模型。相关定理表明了该文所建优化模型的合理性和正确性。
The vast of congestion in air traffic degrades the performance of the air traffic system,raises safety concerns,and causes excessive costs.It is safer and less expensive to hold an aircraft on the ground than in the air;so,ground holding becomes one of the basic methods of curtailing congestion.In this paper we investigate a type of ground holding problem(GHP)with single destination airport,where the arrival demand is stochastic.Mathematics model is build for solving this problem.Furthermore,an improvement integer programming model is developed.The related theorems show that our models are all logical and feasible.
